How to use Zymafluor®
- Administration should begin in very early childhood (before tooth is formed)
- Four drops or one tablet at 0,25 mg (crushed and dissolved in a little water) can be added to any fluid (except milk), solid meal, or administered alone
- As soon as the age of the child permits, tablets should no longer be swallowed, but sucked slowly in the mouth, between the cheek and the gums, sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right side
- Tablets to be taken in the evening after brushing teeth just before bedtime to maintain high fluoride concentration in the mouth for a longer period
* Zymafluor® should not be given with milk, dairy products, antacids containing calcium, aluminium or magnesium salts.

To avoid overdosage, allowance should be made for fluorides ingested from other sources e.g. diet or fluoride toothpastes.
